How will my child be met at the airport?
If they are coming from abroad, Exsportise staff will meet your children at the airport. Our staff will be wearing orange t shirts or jumpers, and they will have with them a form from Exsportise which they give to the airline staff. Children will not be allowed to leave the custody of the airline staff if no form is presented. All children are met at arrivals gates when they get off the plane, so they do NOT have to walk through the airport by themselves, and they are never left alone. We will not keep any child waiting for more than 2 hours at the Airport, unless there are flight delays or cancellations, but again they will never be left alone. We organise transport from the Airports in accordance with flight arrival times.
How can I make a request for my children to share a room?
Please provide us with the names of the children who would like to share rooms, and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Our dormitories are strictly single sex, so boys will not be able to share with girls.
How do I contact my children whilst they are at camp?
Please see the Contact Details at Camp pages of the Parent's guide.
