Oundle School Sports Camp
Oundle School is situated in the quintessentially English Market town from which it takes its name. The school's buildings, dating from the seventeenth to the twenty-first century, are dispersed throughout the town, which is, to a large extent, its campus.
Sports camps are held at Oundle School during the summer holidays, and for sports programmes, each child has a choice between Basketball, Tennis, Dance, Football, Hockey, Horse Riding, Rugby, and Tennis.
Sports camp facilities include extensive playing fields, a comprehensively equipped Sports Hall that caters for various indoor sports such as Climbing, Basketball, Fencing, Volleyball, Indoor Football and Cricket. There are also six squash courts, two floodlit Astroturf pitches, nine hard tennis courts and a deck-level swimming pool.
Available: 6 July - 2/3 August 2008

Accommodation
Students stay in the schools' boarding houses, with boys and girls in separate areas (and are typical of an English boarding school). They can be accommodated in single or double rooms or small dormitories. The bathrooms are shared between other students in their corridor.
Meals
Three healthy meals are served every day, with a variety of menu options available including a salad bar. Some special diets can also be catered for. Barbecues are arranged once a week. The camp shop provides students with the opportunity to stock up on sundry items as well as other essential items.
Off Site Trips
If students decide to spend the week with us, Saturday and Sunday are excursion days with trips to fun theme parks and London, Milton Keynes and Cambridge. |
