If I am bringing my child(ren) to a centre, at what time should I arrive?

You should arrive between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on the Sunday. This will enable us to show your child(ren) to their room(s) and get them familiarised with the layout of the centre before dinner. However, if you can't make Sunday and have to drop off on the Monday please arrive at the main office before 08:30am for a 09.30am prompt start.

ARRIVALS - OVERSEAS STUDENTS

If I am arranging transport to an airport/station, with an Exsportise airport collection, at what time should I organise it for?

Students should arrive at the airport or station between 10:00am and 3:00pm. The basic cost of a transfer will apply (£65). However, if you arrange arrival times outside these times then a charge will be incurred as we will have to organise a taxi (please see the transport chart for costs). Our escorted transfers need to be requested as soon as possible after making your booking. Students from U.S.A. and the Far East will be dealt with on an individual basis.

What happens if a flight is delayed?

If there is any serious delay with a flight arrival, please contact us via the emergency phone number - 0044 (0) 1444 444777. We will then make alternative arrangements for the collection of your child(ren). If there is a long delay regarding the flight departure then we will contact you. We NEVER leave children alone at airports or stations or at any other time during their stay with Exsportise.

Do I have to inform you if my child will be travelling as an unaccompanied minor?

Yes. We will need to know whether your child is arriving as an unaccompanied minor and if you want us to check them in as an unaccompanied minor on their return flight. Please fill out the relevant information on the National and International Travel Form. Please check with your air carrier first as the age criteria varies from company to company.

DEPARTURES - UK STUDENTS ONLY - This information applies to all courses

On the final day of my child's holiday, at what time should I pick them up?

If you are departing on the last day (Friday) of the course then please collect your child(ren) between 5:00pm and 6:00pm. If you have selected the extra Friday night, which includes food and accommodation for your child(ren) they must be out of their rooms by 9:00am on the Saturday of departure. So ideally you should collect them any time after 9:00am and at the latest 11:00am.

DEPARTURES - OVERSEAS STUDENTS

What about if I am arranging for them to depart from an Airport/Station?

Please arrange for your child to depart from the Airport/Station between 12:00pm and 5:00pm. Their transport will be covered by the transfer charge. However, a charge will be made, for departures earlier or later than these times as we will have to organise a taxi. Please see the transport chart for charges.
