Students are asked to telephone home on arrival and our staff will assist students in making these calls. Phone cards are available to purchase in our centres.

How can I contact my child during their stay?

You can send letters or parcels to your child(ren) during their stay. If you ring please do not expect to speak to your child straight away - it is likely they will not be near the phone. We will always pass on a message.

Can I visit my child(ren) at the camp?

Of course, but we insist that you sign in and out with the Centre Manager. Please collect a bright orange Exsportise wristband to wear. You will not be able to stay on site overnight. Our Head Office can provide help in locating suitable accommodation nearby.

How do I contact my child in an emergency?

Please phone the appropriate camp number shown above. The relevant Centre Manager will contact your child.
