We are looking forward to welcoming your child(ren) onto an Exsportise holiday. Please use the information enclosed as your guide before, during and after your child(ren)'s stay with us.
Exsportise is an international company and welcomes students from around the world to our Schools and Colleges. We are registered with and are regularly inspected by B.A.H.A. (British Activity Holiday Association), whose high standards we aim to maintain. Most of the children attend our English language courses, which run in conjunction with our sports camps. We believe that this adds to the unique experience that is an Exsportise camp.
When your child(ren) arrive at camp they will be placed in a mixed group of similar ages. Children sleep in single sex rooms or dormitories. Should you wish we can make requests for single rooms although we are unable to guarantee that your child will be allocated one. However, living together in small groups helps children to socialise and overcome language barriers.
Before your children arrive at camp, its important to note that we will need your completed Individual Consent Form and the National & International Travel Form and where applicable, the Photo Consent Form for your child(ren). If you have already booked, you can now complete these forms online via your secure access to your admin page. We must have all these documents fully completed and returned to us before your child(ren) starts at camp. |
