Exsportise Swimming Camps

Academy Sport Up to 6 hours of expert swimming instruction a day. The coaching focuses on developing sound techniques in all strokes, as well as competitive swimming and diving. Lanes will be graded to ensure participants are swimming with students of a similar ability. There will be two swims per day plus land conditioning and a review of water work.

Multi Sport Swimming instruction in the morning, followed by several other sports or activities in the afternoon.

Sport & Language Approximately 3 hours of swimming per day, with Language instruction in the afternoon.
 
 
    Clayesmore only, (UK 27th July to 1st August) (International 27th July to 2nd August)
 

 

Run by ASA qualified coaches and led by an experienced Head Coach, the summer swimming camp is run for kids between 10 and 14 years. The course utilises the competition pool at Clayesmore School. This facility is one of the best 25m pools in the south of England. Exsportise, in conjunction with the Clayesmore Swimming Centre have established a centre of excellence that provides swim students with a unique opportunity to be educated and trained safely and securely at one educational facility. The Exsportise summer swim camp caters for kids from intermediate to advanced level.

Please note: The Exsportise swimming course caters for students who have already achieved a good level of swimming. To make the most of the course, participants should be able to swim at least 200 meters on backstroke, breaststroke, and front crawl.

EXSPORTISE SUMMER SWIMMING CAMP

  • The coaching focuses on developing sound techniques in all strokes - breaststroke, front crawl, backstroke and butterfly - and the drills and skills associated with them.
  • Students are given tuition on diving and turning for competitive swimming.
  • Students will learn to handle more challenging workouts and be able to receive more complex instruction, continually refining technique through exercises and drills.
  • Lanes will be graded to ensure participants are swimming with students of a similar ability.
  • At the end of the week a tournament will be held for all swimming students to compete against swimmers of a similar ability.
