Academy Sport Up to 6 hours of expert tennis instruction a day. The morning sessions focus primarily on technical skills, the afternoon sessions emphasise tactical, physical, mental and match-play situations.

Multi Sport Tennis instruction in the morning, followed by several other sports or activities in the afternoon.

Sport & Language Approximately 3 hours of Tennis per day, with Language instruction in the afternoon.

The Exsportise Tennis Camp has been created in response to the growing number of junior tennis players who come to Exsportise each summer, and also to look after the needs of up and coming young tournament players. Every summer, the Exsportise Tennis Camp attracts kids from all over the UK and Europe. Students typically attend for a minimum of two or three weeks.

Beginner, intermediate and advanced coaching programmes are available, and all aspects of the game are covered. The programme focuses on improving technique at the same time as increasing players' confidence and enthusiasm for the game.

Players will improve their stance, building power and consistency into their strokes, giving more confident students the ability to select strokes at will and use them under pressure in competitive situations.

The goal of the programme is to provide quality tennis instruction within an environment that is fun and exciting. Exsportise will help players of all abilities improve their technique, prevent injury, increase longevity, self-confidence and enjoyment of the game.

EXSPORTISE SUMMER TENNIS CAMP
  • Focus on developing strokes, including forehands, backhands, returns, 1st and 2nd serve, volleys, drop shots, lobs, approach shots, top spin/slice, and overheads.
  • Speed and agility drills to improve consistency.
  • Students learn about movement patterns, positioning and tactics, with a focus on footwork.
  • All techniques practiced in game situations.
  • Practice in doubles and competition play, with a tournament held at the end of each week in which students play against other students of similar abilities.
  • Sessions cover scoring and etiquette, as well as fitness, diet and safety.
  • The Tennis programme is focused on generating improved performance in every session, with high intensity, high quality coaching. We aim to help students leave the camp with heightened confidence and skill, with a new understanding and enthusiasm for tennis.
