All Exsportise programmes are overseen by Bram, an internationally respected coach educator and youth development specialist. A qualified coach across multiple sports, he has worked with governing bodies, schools, and organisations in the UK and abroad, mentoring hundreds of coaches. Bram is passionate about creating environments where young athletes thrive, with a vision focused on developing the whole person. Under his leadership, Exsportise is not just about improving in sport or English, but about personal growth, well-being, and preparing for life beyond camp.

With over 20 years of directing our camps worldwide, Rak, an experienced educator, coach and youth development specialist, has helped thousands of young people grow as confident individuals through education and sports. At Exsportise, Rak oversees the design and delivery of a fun, balanced programme that blends English language and sports. Every session is age-appropriate, inclusive, and focused on helping students build communication skills, resilience, and a lifelong enjoyment of movement.

Exsportise is Arsenal Football Development's official and exclusive English language learning partner, with a partnership spanning over 30 years. Our programme offers players the opportunity to enhance their football skills by learning to ‘Play the Arsenal Way’. Over the years together, we have helped inspire over 20,000 young footballers.

Our Dance Programme is a unique collaboration with the Acosta Dance Foundation, led by Carlos Acosta CBE, former Principal Dancer with The Royal Ballet and now Director of Birmingham Royal Ballet. This partnership provides students with access to world-class Cuban dance and classical ballet training, enabling them to refine their technique, broaden their cultural perspectives, and work with internationally acclaimed instructors during our summer schools.

Andy plays a key role in shaping the collaborative culture across all our camps, leading team-building and staff development initiatives that enhance communication, foster trust, and boost performance. A Cambridge graduate with senior leadership experience at KPMG and recognised expertise in people development, he combines strategic insight with creativity to bring out the best in every team. Andy has designed and delivered impactful programmes for organisations in education, business, and sport, always focusing on unlocking potential and building cohesive, high-performing teams. His engaging style and deep understanding of human motivation ensure our staff feel connected, confident, and inspired to deliver an exceptional experience for every student.

Our hockey programme is overseen by Steve Batchelor, who has represented Great Britain 66 times, winning an Olympic bronze medal in 1984 and a gold medal in 1988. With a wealth of experience under Steve, our programme provides students with a genuine insight into the life of an international player, helping them develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game while fostering a passion for hockey.

Denisa, our long-standing Academic Advisor, has worked with Exsportise since 2005 and leads our Active English Programme. With expertise in linguistics, syllabus design, and teacher training, she has developed and advised on programmes for leading institutions across Europe. Her guidance ensures our English curriculum remains engaging, student-centred, and designed to deliver genuine progress.

Dan has worked with Exsportise since 2007, bringing extensive experience in EFL teaching, exam preparation, and academic leadership. A DELTA-qualified Cambridge Examiner and year-round Director of Studies, he ensures our English lessons are engaging, effective, and aligned with international standards. Dan mentors teachers, oversees curriculum development, and tailors learning to meet the needs of our diverse international students, helping them make real progress year after year.

Jim has been part of the team since 2018 and brings extensive experience as an English language teacher. As Director of Studies, he is responsible for ensuring that our lessons are of the highest quality and designed to challenge students while supporting their progress in English. He develops lesson content across our camps that reflects these standards and promotes ongoing teacher development to maintain excellence across the programme. DELTA-qualified, Jim also teaches exam preparation classes and is a Cambridge examiner during the academic year.

Tim, one of our Tennis Directors, has helped shape and elevate the Exsportise tennis programme, drawing on his experience working with some of Europe's most promising young players at top European academies, including the Sanchez-Casal Academy. As an RPT European Teaching Professional and leading coach educator, he brings exceptional expertise to developing players and mentoring our coaching team, ensuring every student trains in a high-level, professional environment.

Ross Millard, now Director of Sport at Ardingly College, began his career at the highest level as a player and later a coach with the Manchester United Academy. His time at United provided him with unique insight into elite youth development and the standards required to succeed in professional football. As an advisor and coach with Exsportise, Ross applies this top-level experience directly to the camp. His influence ensures our Football Programme reflects the demands of academy football, helping young players hone their skills, deepen their understanding of the game, and engage in training shaped by one of the world’s most respected academies.

Tony, a former professional player recognised as one of the greatest players to have played in the British Basketball League, has played a key role in developing and raising the profile of the Exsportise basketball programme over the past 15 years. His professional expertise ensures our students train in a high-standard, authentic environment that mirrors professional players.

Alex is an experienced performer (drummer) who has performed on many US and European tours, and in front of crowds of over 35,000 people. Since joining Exsportise, he has helped heighten our unique music programme for our students. With his professional touring experience, he gives our musicians an insight into live-band performances and performing in front of large crowds.

Chris, an experienced PGA professional and European Tour player, has played a key role in developing the Exsportise golf programme. Drawing on his extensive playing and coaching experience at premier clubs, including Goodwood, he has helped organise high-level training and mentoring for both students and coaching staff. He continually aims to elevate the programme for our players.
