You probably did not discover a programme that combines dedicated English tuition and horse riding school lessons in equal measure.

Exsportise provides an immersive environment for improving English skills and learning horse riding.

This horse riding academy Summer Camp experience requires students to have one prior year of horseback riding lessons. All children meeting that qualification are welcome to continue learning how to ride a horse at our campuses in the United Kingdom.

We offer horse riding courses for beginners as well as more advanced instruction.

Our Horse Riding Lessons Include

15 hours of English tuition per week: Three hours per day, Monday to Friday
15 hours at the horse riding stables per week: Three hours per day, Monday to Friday
- Please note: Students require a minimum of one year's riding experience
UK accredited stables and qualified instructors for horse riding lessons
Focus on building riding confidence and horse handling for novice riders, including walking, trotting, cantering, and riding on uneven terrain
Training in dressage and showjumping to basic competition level
As well as riding, they work on stable and horse management (grooming, mucking out, horse care and preparation, tacking up and equipment choice). Students also learn about the points of the horse and the equipment and tack (all in English).
Stables conform to the latest horse riding UK health and safety regulations
Advance tutoring in posture and fine control for experienced riders

Our English & horse riding lessons Summer Camp caters for most levels of ability, from those who have limited riding experience to accomplished riders.

Our team of experienced horse riding lesson instructors take great care in matching riders and horses.

During their stay, students gain confidence and riding ability. Additionally, they use and improve their English language skills in and around the stable yards.

Riders at our horse riding summer camps are assessed to determine placement in our horse riding academy. Depending on their ability, they spend the week receiving tuition in dressage and show jumping as well as hacking across the beautiful English countryside.

All our training builds towards competition day each Friday.

Riders compete in a dressage test and on a show jumping course (ability specific). Novice riders begint with poles on the ground. The program builds upwards for the more experienced riders.

A key element of our programme is stable and horse management. It is part of the daily routine and students learn to groom and prepare their horses for riding. They also study the names of the equipment they are using and the points of the horse. All tuition occurs in English.

Students require a minimum of one year's riding experience to book this course.

Please note that if you would like your child to wear a body protector, they will need to bring their own.
