All of our residential UK summer camps are fully inclusive, with tuition, sports coaching, accommodation, meals, transfers, and full welfare support all covered in one weekly fee. Our English + Sport and Sport-only camp courses cost £1,885 per week, plus a £150 supplement per week for football, with a £350 deposit required at the time of booking and the remaining balance due May 1st of the course year. For peace of mind, all fees are refundable up until May 1st of the course year. We take payments via Flywire or Bank transfer.

Within the summer school cost (per weekly fee), each Arsenal Language summer camp booking includes:

• English language tuition - 15 hours per week (British Council accredited)

• Arsenal Football Development coaching - 15 hours of coaching the 'Arsenal way'

• Accommodation and meals - On-site boarding and three meals a day

• Airport transfers - Sunday arrival and Saturday departure from specific airports at specific times

• Feedback - English report/s and end-of-course certificate/s

• Evening activities - fully supervised social and cultural events

• Student travel insurance

• 24/7 support - Welfare and medical staff to support students

• Weekend excursions - 2-day cultural package for students staying 2+ weeks

Yes. To support our students on their arrival in the UK, Exsportise provides a standard return airport transfer service to and from Haileybury School. This service is included in the course fee.

We know a summer school journey begins the moment a student leaves home, and our goal is to ensure every child arrives feeling safe, supported, and excited about the experience ahead.

Our transfer services are available to/from:

• London Heathrow Airport

• St Pancras International Station (Eurostar)

Standard transfers operate on:

• Arrival: Sunday, between 09:00 and 15:00

• Departure: Saturday, between 11:00 and 17:00

Transfers outside of these hours or on non-standard days may be available at an additional cost.

Haileybury School is our specialist Arsenal FD venue, meaning it is a football-only camp.

With limited spaces, we offer two Arsenal Soccer camp options to suit different needs and interests at the Arsenal FD summer camp venue:

1. English + Arsenal Football

   • 15 hours of English tuition per week (British Council accredited)

   • 15 hours of Arsenal Football Development coaching per week

   • Example: English in the morning (3 hrs/day) + Football in the afternoon (3 hrs/day)

2. Football only

   • Designed for students passionate about a single sport

   • 30 hours of intensive sport coaching per week (6 hrs/day)

   • Example: Arsenal Football all day (6 hrs/day)

Each option enables every student to balance language learning, sports development, and personal interests in a way that suits them best. All courses are taught/led by qualified and experienced professionals in their respective sport or department (EFL).

Our Arsenal Soccer Camps venue in the UK, Haileybury School, has an excellent reputation among English private schools and has impressive sports, leisure, and academic facilities, as well as its prime location just north of Central London. Due to its immaculate football pitches, the school is often used by Premier League Academies, including Arsenal FC, making it an ideal choice for our Arsenal UK Soccer Camps during the summer.

This campus has excellent sports facilities, including:

• Extensive grass football pitches

• Sports Centre (double sports hall)

• Two floodlit Astroturf pitches

Alongside the high-quality sports facilities, there is also a spacious EFL centre, featuring modern classrooms with interactive whiteboards. Additionally, the centre boasts a modern theatre (meeting hall), a grand dining hall in the historic main school, and a social centre for relaxation.

Haileybury is a boys-only venue. Accommodation in the boarding houses considers the students’ privacy, sex, age, and special requirements. At this summer football camp, most rooms have 1-2 beds (with a few rooms of 4 to 8 for younger students) and shared bathrooms. All of our boarding houses have comfortable social spaces and facilities where students can relax during their free time and in the evening. Wi-Fi is available in some communal areas across the campus.

At Exsportise, staff are available 24/7 to support students with anything they may need, as student safety remains our top priority and has been throughout our 30+ year partnership with Arsenal.

We maintain a high staff-to-student ratio throughout the summer, with one staff member for every four students, which is an industry-leading standard for summer camps in the UK. At Haileybury School, our dedicated House parents oversee the daily care and well-being of every student. They are the first point of contact for any child who may feel unsettled or in need of support, providing a familiar and reassuring presence throughout camp life. Whether in the boarding house, on the sports field, or in the classroom, their priority is to ensure students feel safe, comfortable, and at home. Our students are further supported by on-site Medical officers and a specialist Welfare Manager, who will be the main point of contact for families with any issues or concerns.

All Exsportise staff are trained in Safeguarding, and many are also trained in providing first aid, with experience working with students throughout the year. We take pride in delivering exceptional care and support to all of our students. In recognition, we have achieved a British Council area of strength in ‘care of students’ and ‘safeguarding under 18s’, and they have praised that we offer 5-star Medical care, which goes above and beyond the requirements!
