All of our residential UK summer courses are fully inclusive, covering tuition, sports coaching, accommodation, meals, transfers, and full welfare support in one weekly fee. Our English + Sport and Sport-only camp courses cost £1,885 per week, with a £350 deposit required at the time of booking and the remaining balance due May 1st of the course year. For peace of mind, all fees are refundable up until May 1st of the course year. We take payments via Flywire or Bank transfer.

Within the summer school cost (per weekly fee), each Exsportise Language summer camp booking includes:

• English language tuition - 15 hours per week (British Council accredited)

• Professional sports coaching - 15 hours of coaching in the chosen sport

• Accommodation and meals - On-site boarding and three meals a day

• Airport transfers - Sunday arrival and Saturday departure from specific airports at specific times

• Feedback - English report/s and end-of-course certificate/s

• Evening activities - fully supervised social and cultural events

• Student travel insurance

• 24/7 support - Welfare and medical staff to support students

• Weekend excursions - 2-day cultural package for students staying 2+ weeks

Optional extras not included in the weekly fee:

• Horse Riding - £400 per week (not available at Seaford College)

• Arsenal football camp supplement - £150 per week - required for the football course

Yes. To support our students on their arrival in the UK, Exsportise provides a standard return airport transfer service to and from Seaford College. This service is included in the course fee.

We know a summer camp journey begins the moment a student leaves home, and our goal is to ensure every child arrives feeling safe, supported, and excited about the experience ahead.

Our transfer services are available to/from:

• London Gatwick Airport

• London Heathrow Airport

• St Pancras International Station (Eurostar)

Standard transfers operate on:

• Arrival: Sunday, between 09:00 and 15:00

• Departure: Saturday, between 11:00 and 17:00

Transfers outside of these hours or on non-standard days may be available at an additional cost.

We offer three camp options to suit different needs and interests:

1. English + Sport

   • 15 hours of English tuition per week (British Council accredited)

   • 15 hours of specialist sport coaching per week

   • Example: English in the morning (3 hrs/day) + Tennis in the afternoon (3 hrs/day)

2. Sport only (two sports)

   • Perfect for students who enjoy learning through immersion (English through sport)

   • 15 hours per week of one sport + 15 hours per week of another sport

   • Example: Tennis in the morning (3 hrs/day) + Football in the afternoon (3 hrs/day)

3. One Sport only (only available for Football, Golf and Tennis)

   • Designed for students passionate about a single sport

   • 30 hours of intensive sport coaching per week (6 hrs/day)

   • Example: Arsenal Football all day (6 hrs/day)

Each option enables every student to balance language learning, sports development, and personal interests in a way that suits them best. All courses are taught/led by qualified and experienced professionals in their respective sport or department (EFL).

Alongside the high-quality sports facilities, there is also a beautifully modern and light EFL centre, featuring contemporary classrooms with interactive whiteboards. Additionally, the centre boasts a large theatre, music centre, outdoor marquee, a dedicated medical centre, a grand dining hall in the main school, a social centre, a tuck shop, and acres of grounds to explore and socialise in.

Accommodation in the boarding houses takes into account the students’ privacy, sex, age, and special requirements. Boys and girls are accommodated in separate boarding houses. Most bedrooms have 2-4 beds per room. Some single and larger rooms (up to 8 beds) may be available. Bathrooms are shared. We do take rooming requests in advance, but we cannot guarantee them. Wi-Fi is available in some communal areas across the campus.

At Exsportise, staff are available 24/7 to support students with anything they may need, as student safety remains our top priority and has been throughout our 35+ years of experience running summer camps.

We maintain a high staff-to-student ratio throughout the summer, with one staff member for every four students, which is an industry-leading standard for summer camps in the UK. At Seaford College, our dedicated House parents oversee the daily care and well-being of every student. They are the first point of contact for any child who may feel unsettled or in need of support, providing a familiar and reassuring presence throughout camp life. Whether in the boarding house, on the sports field, or in the classroom, their priority is to ensure students feel safe, comfortable, and at home. Our students are further supported by on-site Medical officers and a specialist Welfare Manager, who will be the main point of contact for families with any issues or concerns.

All Exsportise staff are trained in Safeguarding, and many are also trained in providing first aid, with experience working with students throughout the year. We take pride in delivering exceptional care and support to all of our students. In recognition, we have achieved a British Council area of strength in ‘care of students’ and ‘safeguarding under 18s’, and they have praised that we offer 5-star Medical care, which goes above and beyond the requirements!
