
Our Transfer Service
As a family-run business, we share parents’ concerns and have taken extensive measures to ensure that our students’ journey to summer school is smooth, secure and worry-free. We understand that when it comes to children’s travel, safety and convenience are of the utmost importance.
To support our students in the UK, our standard airport transfer service is included in your weekly camp fee. To use this service, student flights or trains must arrive on a Sunday and depart on a Saturday, between 09:00 and 17:00, according to the airports included in the booked camp (see below).

Arrivals and Departures Outside of Hours
For any flights or trains outside our standard transfer times (09:00 to 17:00), days or originating from another London airport, please consult our bookings team before finalising your travel arrangements and booking tickets. While we will do our best to help, we may not always be able to meet these requests; where we can organise a transfer, an additional fee will apply.
Prior to Travel
Before travel, please check local requirements for children travelling without their parents or legal guardian - each country has specific requirements and may require written consent and/or identity documents. It is also essential to check visa requirements.
Unaccompanied Minor Service (UM): Due to the complexity of coordinating airport pickups for multiple students, we are unable to give you the name of the staff member meeting your child until a few days before arrival. If necessary, you can provide temporary contact details as a placeholder and update them once we share the details of the assigned staff member.
For a smooth journey, students who have booked a UM service must bring their UM service booking confirmation and complete the UM forms before attending camp.
Visas: To check if your child needs a visa, please use the UK Government's Visa Checker here. Once we receive your deposit or full payment, we can issue a Visa Support Letter to assist with your application. Please send your child’s passport details to our Bookings Team, who will then prepare the Visa Support Letter.
Please be aware that there is no formal programme of activities at the camp for students arriving or departing. The first planned activity on Sunday for all students will be the Welcome Meeting after dinner. Any student not requiring a transfer arranged by Exsportise must be accompanied by an authorised adult in accordance with our Duty of Care.

All irregular transfer fees must be confirmed and paid in advance of arrival.
Late Transfer Arrangement (details received or changed within 28 days) - from £100
Out-of-hours transfer: from £100
Out-of-day transfer: from £150
Irregular Airport: from £250
