As a team, we are proud to offer industry-leading English language and professional sports summer camps in the UK for children aged 9 to 17. EFL Academic Teaching Team
Our camps blend authentic 21st-century communicative-based English teaching with sports, creating an engaging multi-national environment where students learn and grow through something they love (English Through). Set in world-renowned and vibrant learning centres, our EFL programme emphasises quality. We use only the best modern facilities and provide real professional development opportunities to our teachers, led by industry experts. We look for well-qualified, passionate EFL (ESOL) teachers who love inspiring young learners. Many of our staff return each year, drawn by our supportive, enriching atmosphere.
EFL Teacher (TEFL Band 1)
As an EFL teacher, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent English language instruction. With the support of the Director of Studies, you will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and participate in creating a secure and positive atmosphere that fosters learning and enjoyment. All our classes are based on a curriculum especially designed for our students. Furthermore, EFL Teachers will support students in other aspects of their daily routine while with Exsportise.
EFL Administrator
The EFL Administrator will oversee communication and management of the EFL office at the centre. They will report to the Director of Studies and ensure that all phone and email communication is appropriately handled. In addition, they will take charge of several administrative duties and ensure that the office is well organised and a positive working environment is created.
It is the perfect job for those who are newly qualified or are in the process of gaining their teaching qualification and would like experience in an EFL Teaching department.
Director of Studies
The Director of Studies is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the English language instruction at the centre. They will lead a team of EFL Teachers in developing and implementing an English language programme based on a syllabus and schemes of work specifically designed for our students. As a senior management team member, the Director of Studies also contributes to the camp's overall management and operations and will strive to provide the students with the best possible experience.
EFL Teacher (TEFL Band 2)
As an EFL teacher, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent English language instruction. Coaching Team
We are looking for experienced and qualified coaches and international players to join our professional academies. Together, we provide an immersive environment where young athletes, players and musicians grow, develop confidence and improve their skills through engaging, hands-on training in Football, Tennis, Rugby, Hockey, Basketball, Golf, Dance and our Music Academy.
Assistant Sports Coach
Assistant Academy Coaches split their time between assisting in delivering coaching sessions in their chosen Specialist Academy and delivering the evening and weekend activities. Ensuring the students’ safety, welfare, and enjoyment at Exsportise. Assistant Academy Coaches will support students in all aspects of their daily routine while with us.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to earn, learn, and grow while showcasing your skills and enhancing your CV. You'll be able to add value to our courses by contributing to sports workshops or developing the sports programme. It is a valuable and opportunistic experience to see the inner workings of professional sports and work with leading brands (Arsenal Football Development). Additionally it offers networking and future job opportunities with industry professionals in fields of work including - teaching, sports business, professional sports (players), coaching and more. It will also help you grow in a personal and professional capacity by learning and working with Ex-Olympians, professional and international coaches and players, and English teachers with worldwide experience. You can also inspire other staff members and young professionals!
Horse Riding Assistant
Horse Riding Assistants link Exsportise and the contracted stables and instructors. They are responsible for ensuring the agreed programme is delivered successfully and to a high standard. Particular attention must be paid to the students’ safety, welfare and overall course enjoyment. Horse Riding Assistants will support students in all aspects of their daily routine while with us and fall under the Course Assistant category.
Music Teacher
A Music Teacher will develop and implement a comprehensive and engaging music education experience that ensures students' safety, well-being and enjoyment during the music sessions. A Music Teacher will provide a variety of sessions tailored to meet the student’s needs and goals, foster a love for music, develop students' musical skills, and promote cultural understanding through diverse musical experiences. The Music Teacher plays a central role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students' creativity, teamwork, and individual expression.
Head Sports Coach
Academy Head Coaches are responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive and successful coaching programme whilst ensuring players' safety, well-being and enjoyment during coaching sessions. Head Coaches will lead, guide and support a team of Coaches and Assistant Coaches to make sure sessions are varied and tailored to meet the learning needs and goals of the students. Academy Head Coaches will work closely with the Senior Management Team to guarantee the seamless operation of the summer school.

We are looking for head coaches in our Golf, Hockey, Tennis, Basketball, Rugby, Dance and Music academies.
Academy Sports Coach
The primary responsibility of Academy Coaches is to coach and ensure the safety, well-being and enjoyment of players during coaching sessions. In conjunction with the Head Coach, Academy Coaches will provide a variety of sessions in an immersive environment tailored to meet the learning needs and goals of the students, leading to improved sporting and language abilities. Additionally, you will be accountable for the supervision and welfare of students during and outside of coaching sessions.
Goalkeeper Coach
The primary responsibility of an Academy Goalkeeper Coach is to develop goalkeepers' technical skills, tactical awareness, physical conditioning, and mental resilience through individualised training. Responsibilities include preparing goalkeepers for game situations, analysing performance, and providing feedback. You collaborate with other staff to align training with team strategies, promote growth in sporting and language skills, and ensure the supervision and welfare of students both during and outside coaching sessions.

Events Manager
Events Managers are responsible for planning, organising, and executing various evening and free-time activities. Duties may include developing event concepts and themes, creating budgets, coordinating logistics, managing timelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing a team of staff and overseeing event operations. Additionally, Events Managers will prioritise the students' safety, welfare, and overall enjoyment while working to deliver an outstanding experience.
Example events include Cool-runnings Bobsleigh Night, Sports Disco, Exsportise's Got Talent, Races/Casino Night, Challenge Night (vs. Staff), alongside integration and welcome events and sports nights (dodgeball tournament, Tag Football).
Centre Administrator
The Administrators are responsible for supervising and coordinating various aspects of school operations, including student affairs, facility management, and staff coordination, to maintain a well-functioning and efficient summer school environment. They also oversee communication and office management at the centre. They report to the Centre Manager and ensure all phone and email communication is handled appropriately.
Transport & Logistics Manager
Help to ensure Exsportise achieves its goal of providing a first-class transport and transfer service to all students and make sure that students' arrivals, departures, and excursions are completed effectively without any disruption to the students.
Starting in June (remote/on-site until camp), then located full-time at Head Office.
Activity Leader
The Course Assistant role is ideal for someone who wants to gain valuable experience working with children. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to bring fresh knowledge and energy to the courses and develop responsibility in what could be their first role. Course Assistants work with a team of staff to ensure that each element of the summer schools is conducted in a safe and secure manner and a positive learning environment is created with plenty of potential for development.

Welfare Manager
As a vital member of the Senior Management Team, and DDSL, the Welfare Manager takes a leading role in all safeguarding matters and assumes a pivotal role in cultivating a wholesome and inclusive environment that supports the students' physical, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities encompass the implementation of policies fostering a supportive atmosphere, addressing welfare concerns, and offering support to students and staff to ensure a positive and enriching summer experience. Leading a team of Medical Officers, House Parents, and other support staff, the Welfare Manager prioritises the students' safety, welfare, and enjoyment throughout their stay.
Medical Officer
The Medical Officers will oversee the medical aspects of our residential courses, including providing First Aid and dealing with medical emergencies and storing, ordering, administering, and record-keeping all medication. The Medical Officers will collaborate with the broader Welfare Team (comprised of the Centre Manager, Welfare Manager, Events Manager, and House Parents) to monitor the well-being of both students and staff, particularly concerning injuries, illnesses, and pre-existing medical conditions, identifying any common occurrences or trends.
Lifeguard
The primary role of the Lifeguard is to ensure the students’ safety in and around the swimming pool. Duties include monitoring swimmers, identifying potential hazards, responding to emergencies, and performing CPR or other life-saving first aid if required.
Additionally, lifeguards help deliver free time and evening and weekend activities, ensuring the students’ safety, welfare, and enjoyment throughout their time at Exsportise. Lifeguards will support students in all aspects of their daily routine while with us, including supervision work, meal times and boarding house duties.
