Useful Pre-Arrival Information

To help ensure your child has a smooth journey and a happy stay with Exsportise, we kindly ask parents to follow the steps below. The earlier you prepare these steps, the smoother the build-up to camp will be, leaving your child ready to enjoy their Exsportise summer experience. As soon as possible
  • Book and confirm travel arrangements to the UK for your child.

  • Check passport validity and confirm any visa requirements. Visit our Travel page for more information.

  • Review insurance cover: All students are automatically covered under Exsportise’s insurance policy. Please read the policy carefully, and arrange additional cover if required.

  • Confirm any room-sharing preferences for your child so we can allocate accommodation appropriately.

  • Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements.

As soon as possible

  • Please provide your travel details so we can organise transfers by updating your Booking portal or returning the Transfer Form to admin@exsportise.co.uk.

  • Return all the requested forms/questionnaires sent by us.

  • Arrange a prepaid payment card for your child to use for cashless purchases on excursions (recommended).

  • Follow us on our social media for the latest updates and information relating to your camp.

Just before departure

  • Check the Packing List Guide to make sure your child has everything they need.

  • Label all belongings clearly with your child’s name.

  • Obtain pocket money in GBP Sterling for use at camp.

  • Review insurance documents again, ensuring your child has additional cover if needed and carries any personal policy documents.

  • Complete airline/Eurostar forms: If your child is travelling as an Unaccompanied Minor, ensure the correct form is filled in.

  • Check all travel documents: passport, visa (if required), tickets, and immigration requirements.

  • Complete and pack the Exsportise Parental Travel Consent Form, and keep it with your child’s passport and other travel documents.
